returns ON APPAREL

  • No returns allowed on any FINAL SALE items, except for flaws in material (as long as the hang tag has not been removed).

  • In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any APPAREL you have purchased; we accept returns (other than FINAL SALE) that has not been worn and still has the hang tag intact WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER. This applies to any APPAREL shipped with defects in material.

  • Please contact 3rdpedalco@gmail.com to REQUEST A RAN# (RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER). Approved Returns MUST be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your RAN#.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund to be issued if a return is received without prior approval AND RAN#.

  • RETURN IS VOIDED AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR RAN#

RETURNS ON PARTS GARAGE

  • RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED UNLESS ITEM WAS RECEIVED DAMAGED.

  • RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER ITEM IS DELIVERED.

  • PICTURES AND DOCUMENTATION OF DAMAGE IS REQUIRED. IF THE RETURN REQUEST IS SUBMITTED WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DENIED.

  • Any returned item must be in its original shipped condition, and all tags need to be intact.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification of the approval/rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days, MINUS 20% RESTOCKING FEE, EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

  • The refund will be issued back to the same form of payment that was used to purchase the item.

  • Refunds usually take 5-7 business days (this may vary). If you have not received a refund within 7 business days, please contact your bank.
